INCOME SURVEY:The Peru Water Utility has a long list of projects ahead to update the Water Treatment Plant and numerous leaks in water lines. We are applying for a government grant and a low interest loan to keep the cost down and accomplish as much as possible with the funds. A brief income survey is being sent to Peru citizens by NV Grant Services, LLC, to establish the basis for our eligibility for funds. In order to qualify for grant money, we need our citizens to respond to the income surveys. Read more about it here: INCOME SURVEY - CDB GRANT

WATER MAIN BREAK:It's never good news when a water main break occurs, but a break in the main line flowing under the river presents an especially challenging repair. Most of Peru was without water service for well over 24 hours. See how utility crews were able to gain access to the main to repair it.
